I am an Englishman now living in Northern Kentucky . Being a self-taught Photographer, I have built on my own experiences and results without being led in a particular direction by peers, enabling me to develop a personal viewpoint in my work.

I use various mediums: 35mm & 6x7 film formats and digital.  My professional knowledge of commercial printing techniques and equipment (I have worked in the photographic processing & printing industry for over 10 years) in addition to my own black & white darkroom work, enable me to ensure the care and intentions exercised at the time the images are taken are continued through the printing process.  I do not use assistants or employees in my photography.

My images are available framed and / or matted and cover a range of subjects taken locally, in other parts of the US and in Europe .  I offer prints on Kodak professional paper, also by request on metallic paper and canvas.  I offer traditional photographs, black & white infrared and digital manipulations such as watercolor, kaleidoscope and other special effects.

I have a qualification in photography from the City & Guilds Institute of London ( England ) and am an Exhibiting Member (juried) of the Kentucky Guild of Artists & Craftsmen.  I am also an active member of the Boone County Visual Arts Association.
